houses from the beach in a prime location on the corner of 18th
Street and Coast Blvd. Each rental has its own special Hawaiian
name. The descriptions below will help you identify which rental

RENTAL -
Located on the first floor, sea (kai) level, the Kai rental is a beautifully remodeled, turnkey, 1200 square-foot, three bedroom, two bath rental steps from the beach and park. The Kai rental sleeps up to 6 people and is comfortably furnished with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The recent remodel includes all new tile floors and carpeted bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, GE Profile kitchen appliances, granite countertops, mirrored closet doors, doorway to private patio and more. The west wall of the living room offers floor to ceiling windows ensuring you get the most of Del Mar's sunny blue skies while looking out to your own umbrella covered table and chairs with a stainless steele gas grill. Inside enjoy watching your favorite movies on a 53" t.v. Life is made easy with beach chairs, beach towels, a shade umbrella and an outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off after a day of soaking up the sun and surf! Tandem parking for 2-cars included. |

HONU - Located on the first floor, the Little Honu (turtle)
is a cozy studio with private bathroom and Queen size bed with
a maximum occupancy of two people. The Little Honu has a small
refrigerator, microwave, and a barbecue on the adjacent enclosed
lanai (patio). |

| MAKAI
RACE SEASON RENTAL - Exclusively rented for the eight weeks
over the Del Mar Summer Racing Season, the Makai (towards the
sea) is located on the second floor. Enjoy ocean views and sunset
skies from the comfort of the living room sofa or from the over-sized
lifeguard-style chairs on the spacious private lanai. The upstairs
lanai has a large teakwood table with umbrella and a gas grill
so you can enjoy all your meals outside in the beautiful Del Mar
sunshine. This Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom is approximately 1200
square feet and sleeps a maximum of six people and is comfortably
furnished with a King size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size
bed in the second and third bedrooms. |
