are accepted on a first-come first-deposit basis and confirmed
once a deposit and signed application are received for
available dates. |

reservations require a 50% advance deposit based on the
applicable rates for the timeframe requested with the
balance due in full 60 days prior to arrival date. Reservations
made within 60 days of arrival require prepayment in full. |

non-refundable cleaning fee and a refundable security/damage
deposit. |

p.m. or later on Saturday. |
